Lorna Van Horn has more than three decades of experience serving the real estate needs of clients in the Boston Northwest region. Having begun her career path in early childhood education with a degree from North Adams State College, Lorna transitioned to real estate, channeling her zeal for education and helping others. She was the Productivity Coach at Keller Williams Boston Northwest from 2016-2021. In that role, she helped associates increase their real estate efficiency, define and meet their career goals, and mentored new agents as they begin their journey to real estate success. Currently serving her agents as the Team Leader, Lorna continues to consult agents on how to build their business, hire for leverage, and utilize all the tools, system and education KW offers

Lorna is a Massachusetts Certified Instructor for Real Estate, a Certified Buyer Representative, and a Certified Residential Specialist. She currently serves on the Professional Standards Committee and the Community Commitee for Greater Boston Association of Realtors. She has served as president of the Women’s Council of Realtors for Central Middlesex County, and was named member of the year by her peers in the council. Lorna maintains memberships in the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the Massachusetts Association of Realtors (MAR), and the Greater Boston Association of Realtors (GBAR).

A native of Northborough for over 20 years, Lorna is an active member of the community. She supports the Northborough Historic District Commission, is on the board of the Northborough Lions Club and has been an organizer and was a supporter & chair of the ACS Relay for Life event since 2000. She was the fundraising chair for the Northborough 250th anniversary committee and currently serves as a deacon of Trinity Church.

While Lorna is devoted to volunteering in her community, she values her home life and cherishes her time kayaking, walking and enjoying the outdoors with her family and friends.
