After nearly two decades of success in the real estate industry, in 2017, Sven opened the doors of Andersen Group Realty in historic Winchester Center. He is thrilled to have grown his business into one of the highest producing real estate groups at Keller Williams Realty Boston Northwest. As CEO and lead realtor, Sven has his hand in every aspect of his successful real estate team’s work.
Sven’s level of professionalism and local area knowledge sets him apart. Creating a consistent process for every transaction and keeping clients informed throughout that process has proven effective in accomplishing the clients’ goal of buying a home or selling a home no matter what the circumstance.
Sven’s goal for Andersen Group Realty is to grow by consistently providing the level of service he demands himself as a consumer. He wants all his clients to become raving fans. Unless he earns 5-10 recommendations from every client he serves or assists, then he doesn’t feel he has worked to his greatest capacity. The most rewarding part of his job is when a client thanks Sven for his assistance before, during and after their transaction.
Raised in Westport and Cheshire, Connecticut, Sven is proud to call New England home. As a young man, he quickly developed a passion for homes by assisting his father with various housing projects. Sven went on to graduate from Bentley University with a degree in marketing and management. After college, he spent 10 years in the tech sector selling both IT and security technology services for international companies. This experience helped Sven create the consultative system and tools he and his team use to help clients today. Armed with a strong business background in marketing, a passion for technology and an understanding of homes and their construction, Sven has the knowledge to be creative in how he markets properties for his clients. Aside from his successful real estate practice, Sven enjoys spending time with his wife Christina and their daughters, Karissa, Brooke and Paige. Sven loves family adventures and is an avid tennis, golf, and ping pong player.
